š¶ Katie ā The Organised One, Groomer & Vet Nurse Extraordinaire
Owner of Marleyās Pals and qualified veterinary nurse, Katie is the driving force behind everything we do. From managing bookings and daily routines to keeping a clinical eye on every dogās health, Katie ensures each guest gets the care they need.
She also runs our grooming services ā from simple bath and blow-dries to full desheds for heavy-coated breeds. Every grooming guest benefits from a complimentary vet nurse health check ā ideal for spotting skin concerns, weight changes, sore spots, or dental issues early.
Favourite thing about the job?

š¾ Eoin ā The Playtime Pro, Doggy Bestie & Heavy Lifting Hero
Katieās fiancĆ© Eoin works full-time as an engineer, but outside his regular job, heās a key part of the Marleyās Pals team. From leading play sessions to settling nervous arrivals, Eoin is known for his calm, friendly approach and for being every dogās best mate.
He also frequently helps with check-ins, check-outs, and the heavy lifting ā whether itās big deliveries or building new play equipment, Eoinās always on hand to help keep the kennels running smoothly after his workday ends.
Favourite thing about the job?

Katie took our darling (and VERY energetic) golden retriever Otis to our wedding and helped make our dream of him being our ringbearer come true. It was unbelievably seamless and Otis was so relaxed the whole day. Katie collected Otis the day before and groomed him the morning of. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Otis was happy and relaxed and was with someone so kind and professional. Otis also boarded with Katie while we were on honeymoon and he came back so happy and (again) freshly groomed. 1000/10 recommendationd! Thank you Katie!!
